Should you choose to pay online an additional credit card fee of 2.49% will be added to your total payment amount.
All parking payments are due in full unless otherwise stated and must be in the form of a bank certified check or money order.

To be eligible for the senior discount for your NYCHA Parking Permit, you must be at least 62 years of age or older at the time you submit your application.

Residency is determined by the address on your current vehicle registration.
