This MUSIC COLLABORATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), made effective as of August 25, 2036 (“Effective Date”), is entered into by Keynote Charm Records with a principal address of 54 Crescent Road, Ellicott City, Maryland, 21042 (“Producer”), and Gaylord C. Jarvis (“Vocalist”), each referred to as a “Partner” and, collectively, as the "Partners."
The Producer and the Vocalist mutually decides to record ten (10) songs in the recording studio of the Producer. The songs must be put under the banner of the Vocalists album, in association with the Producer. The following sections will lay out the financial contributions and the ownership provisions of the Parties.
The Parties agrees to enjoy the revenue from the album sales with specified divisions. While the Producer receives sixty percent (60%), the Vocalist is expected to receive forty percent (40%) of the said revenue.
The Vocalist adheres to receive thirty percent (30%) of the royalties acquired from the advertisement and media usage of the songs from the album on the first three (3) years. The Producer will, meanwhile, receive the remaining seventy percent (70%) for the first three (3) years and the sum of the royalties for the remaining years.
The Parties agree to keep the provisions of this Agreement and all information from the recording and planning sessions confidential from any third-party individuals and entities, including any competitors.
